Poplar Regen Alliance Neighbourhood Forum

The Roman Road Bow Neighbourhood Forum Committee to express our wholehearted support for the application of the Poplar Regen Alliance Neighbourhood Forum for designation.

Their application grows out of prolonged, active involvement in many different areas of their local community. The application shows vision and ambition, whilst being inclusive and having a holistic approach to the challenges of the neighbourhood.

This initiative builds on the work of SPLASH since 2018, and so the proposed Neighbourhood Forum has a broad base in South Poplar from its diverse community.

The Forum has the potential to be a key partner with the Council in working for the benefit of the whole community, bringing much needed homes and training and employment to the area, alongside safeguarding heritage assets and strengthening social cohesion.

The Roman Road Bow Neighbourhood Forum fully supports and  endorses the current application.
