An update on the legal proceedings concerning the Bow Wharf heritage report. The tribunal case between the ICO and Canal & River Trust, which we previously announced for March 27th, has been postponed.
The Tribunal is currently in the process of rescheduling the case, and we have been informed that the new hearing will not be held until at least June 19, 2026 at the earliest date. We remain committed to keeping the community informed. We will share the new hearing details as soon as they become available.
